Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require a shorter service or a new appointment time.
Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment.
No-Shows
Repeated no-shows may require a deposit before another appointment can be reserved.
Children
A parent or guardian should remain in the shop during appointments for younger clients.
